For pastas...look for ones made with chickpeas, red lentils, yellow lentils. Don't reach for "Gluten-free" anything unless it is made with almond flour or coconut flour.

When searching for recipes, make sure they are grain free (no corn, no rice, no wheat). You can also search "Paleo recipes" or "Whole 30" and those are grain free also.
