10 Day Jumpstart & Cleanse
with Lemon Oil, Essentialzymes-4, and Life-9 Probiotic

WELCOME!  So happy to do this challenge with you!  For 10 days, we will really be focusing on our health.  We are all super busy and for most of us…our health is the last thing we think about.   This challenge is for YOU…to become who you were made to be!  Yes, we are doing this as a team to encourage each other (and there are daily prizes) but it is all about you.  
 
THINGS TO DO BEFORE THE CHALLENGE
  • First off…if you have a kidney disease, diabetes, thyroid issue, or a condition that requires you to have more carbs…make sure you eat extra veggies…not a lot more…but more than I share in the recipes. 
  • Take a selfie of your body…this is just for you.   You can write down your measurements if you want or see how you fit now in your favorite outfit or jeans BEFORE this challenge starts.
  • Weigh yourself one morning BEFORE the challenge.   Again…this is just for you.  DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF AGAIN until the morning of day 11 (after the challenge has ended)!  It will be tempting to do but trust me!
  • Go shopping BEFORE this Jumpstart starts.  I have 5 prep days that I send out so please make sure you look at them for different ideas.          
  • WE ARE A TEAM CHEERING EACH OTHER ON!  If you slip up and eat something else…don’t beat yourself up!  This is a Jumpstart to a lifestyle shift.  Rome wasn’t built in a day so give yourself some grace.  Personally, when I am prepared with different foods on hand…then I set myself up for success.

DAY 1:   
Divide your body weight in half and drink that many ounces of water today…no exceptions! Not doing this can stall weight loss and not flush toxins out! For example…if you weigh 180lbs then drink at least 90 ounces of water throughout the day.  Eat when you are hungry.

Lemon oil will help with detoxing as well as supporting your circulatory system.  Great for obesity also.  Every morning, put 3 drops in your water and drink it first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else.  
Essentialzymes-4 are enzymes and herbs that help with digestion.  You take a yellow and beige one with lunch and dinner.  You can pick one of the meals but for these 10 days I would recommend to take it twice a day.  
Life-9 Probiotics are probiotics with 17 billion active live cultures...meaning it puts the good bacteria back in your gut.  Take one of these every night.

12pm Lunch-choose a lunch from our recipes that I gave on Day 1 of our Prep days. If you love salads then try and get about 7 cups of veggies a day...these carbs don't count so eat as much as you want!  Some easy, great recipes from our list are chicken salad (use a low-carb mayo or there is a recipe to make your own on our list), pizza and sausage bites, and salads.  Here is a link for FAST FOOD OPTIONS!  Yea, you heard me correctly!! Make sure to take a yellow and beige Essentialzymes-4 right after or before your meal.
