DAY 3:
Divide your body weight in half and drink that many ounces today…no exceptions! Not doing this can stall weight loss and not flush toxins out!
Wake up-Drink 3 drops of lemon oil in your water. Coffee is allowed…black is best but if not then use almond milk vanilla creamer, or almond milk with some stevia or monkfruit to sweeten. Also, we are trying to limit caffeine so if you can do half caffeinated and half decaf then try that.
Breakfast-this is optional. If you want to do intermittent fasting (we will talk about this and make sure to watch the prep videos) then just drink your lemon water and skip breakfast. If you want breakfast then any protein is great…bacon, eggs, spinach, protein shake, etc. A good protein shake is Quest from Walmart or Amazon. It has a lot of protein, low carbs, and comes in different flavors…chocolate, vanilla, or peanut butter. Use almond milk, unsweetened or vanilla to make this or add a scoop to coffee. You can substitute this protein shake for food.
Take your Essentialzymes-4...one yellow and one beige with your meal.
2pm- If you need to snack then you can and I gave different snack ideas in the prep videos. If you can go without snacking...that would be better. Every time we eat it releases insulin which makes us store fat and not burn it.
4pm-6pm Supper-choose from one of the supper recipes…or find your own. Make sure it is high protein and low carbs and that half your plate is non-starchy vegetables. This

8pm-If you are hungry then eat 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon (nitrate free or turkey). If you are not hungry for this then don’t force yourself to eat. You have plenty of nutrition from earlier today.
Right before bed...take 1 Life-9 probiotic. Let this be the last supplements you take at night.
If you made a dessert then just eat 1 serving per day.
Workout: get 15-20 minutes of a brisk walk or do these exercises.
