Grab 1 quart of heavy whipping cream...either from HEB or Walmart. You can also use half and half.
If you are local to me and you are in our Young Living wellness community, then I will give you 3 tablespoons of my current batch of yogurt. You mix the whole quart of heavy whipping cream (all of it) with the 3 tablespoons of the yogurt and put it in the machine. Keep the temperature at 100 degrees and let it ferment for 36 hours.
Once it is done, give it a good stir, cover it, and put it in the fridge. I like to eat ours hours later once it has cooled and thickened. I also like to add vanilla extract, honey, Einkorn granola (from Young Living), cut up fruit, (whatever you want). I also eat mine at nighttime because I want just the bacteria to be in my system and no food going on top of it but it really does not matter when you consume it.
